Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising (505 Games, May 10th, $14.99) - Launch into a thrilling adventure through ancient ruins with the tale of one town’s rise from the ashes. What begins as a simple treasure hunt turns into a dark conspiracy that will shake the world. Drawn by treasure in the nearby Runebarrows, our heroes learn that the town is struggling to rebuild after an earthquake, so they decide to help. But these Runebarrows hide a great secret with fateful implications. This action RPG introduces a portion of Eiyuden Chronicle’s cast of characters in an original story with thrilling combat and engaging town-upgrading elements.

Nothing on the eShop for me this week. I just picked up a few games that were on sale on Steam, and I'm currently playing through those.
Eiyuden, but I’m doing it on Game Pass. If I like it, I’ll grab it on switch. I don’t know why, but it seems like it belongs on the switch more so than Xbox
Eiyuden Chronicle for sure. Can't wait for that. I think I'll try to finish that game before the month is up.

I didn't see it on this list, but the Wingspan European Expansion is a must-buy for me. It's my first digital preorder.

Even if I don’t end up playing Rifftrax the game I’ll buy it to support them. I love them and they’ve been part of my life for, oh my god, almost thirty years taking into account the Mystery Science Theater 3000 days.

As last time I checked it hadn’t been announced for switch just don’t want to buy this on switch and get the second part on ps4

When will a review for Eiyuden Chronicle be out?
Eiyuden and Prinny Vol. 2 for me. I'm still in disbelief that the soul of Suikoden lives on and it's heading our way soon, with Rising being our first glimpse of that world. Konami made a mistake not supporting that endeavor. Also some classic PS2 RPG's in Prinny. Great week for games!
@Arckadius and @Royalblues , this is NOT the Suikoden successor but a companion game, to tie us over while we wait for that one. Hence the cheap pricetag.
@Arckadius 14.99 for a Suikoden successor is about best thing I could ask for as a HUGE Suikoden fan aside for it being available on Gamepass

@Grail_Quest I agree I would love to see full fledged Suikoden 6 , but I'm still excited for this. Suikoden 6 would be the game that made me buy what ever PS it was released on.
@Thaswizz @Daniel36 Indeed... The one that's actually the successor actually comes out next year, and I truly can't wait for it. I still have hype for this game because it's gorgeous, and you play as an anthropomorphized Kangaroo.
This looks like it'll be more like Odinsphere, which I never finished, and hope one day comes to the Switch. Along with Muramasa... And Princess Crown.
At least we're getting GrimGrimoire soon, lol.

I actually only recently FINALLY played Suikoden 3, the only one I hadn't played yet, and my goodness what a beautiful conclusion of things set in motion in the first game. Didn't expect it to be so good.
And now I can finally read the mangas spoiler free... I think I will start right now.
@Daniel36 I have never played any of them, actually. Are any of the games accessible on modern hardware, or do I have to fish for a PS2 version or something?
@Royalblues Not sure if they still have them but the PS3 store had the first four I think for a few bucks a pop and they are absolutely worth it. Especially the first 3 have storylines that tie them together. They take place in different countries but have returning characters and such. Must have for RPG nuts.

@Royalblues Shame indeed. They're hard to come by otherwise. Let's hope they will release them at some point. They did give us the Castlevania Collection and whatnot.
@Royalblues I just read that and realized your right this is the action game I was so darn excited for it's release. I'll still get it, but darn I can't wait for chronicle. Makes me wanna plug my PS2 in and play through 5 or 3 , maybe even tactics. Actually quite enjoyed that one. Got my PS1 games in storage. Paid 100 bucks for 2
